I. Mobilization for the Safety Month Campaign

On June 21st, the company held a launch meeting for the Safety Month. General Manager Li Jiangang announced the implementation of the "Microscopic Hazards Inspection" special action: 

Establish a 200-yuan special reward fund to encourage the reporting of potential hazards 

Form a "three-dimensional inspection team" consisting of technical experts, safety officers and front-line staff. 

Implement the "safety duty officer" system and publicly display the risk points in the workshop every day.

II. Key Areas for Safety Hazard Investigation in Food Machinery Manufacturing

Based on the characteristics of the industry, the following seven risk areas will be given priority for investigation: 

Mechanical injury prevention: Install intelligent emergency stop devices on the rotating parts of equipment such as mixers and filling machines. 

Electrical safety upgrade: Completed 56 dust-proof and moisture-proof renovations for distribution boxes 

Special equipment management: Annual inspection pass rate for pressure vessels is 100% 

Work in confined spaces: Implement the "dual-person supervision + gas detection" access system 

Food safety related item: The material of all equipment contact surfaces is maintained as food-grade 304 stainless steel. 

Logistics safety: Implementing a separation of pedestrians and vehicles in the area for heavy equipment hoisting 

Emergency capacity building: Conducted three special drills for incidents such as ammonia leakage and mechanical crush injuries. 

III. Developing Innovative Safety Control Measures

Intelligent Monitoring System: Deploying IoT temperature sensors for alarm in high-temperature working areas 

Visualized Security Management: Creating AR Guidance Manual for Equipment Operations 

Safety culture cultivation: 

Launch the "Safety Hazard随手拍" competition (83 valid proposals have been collected 

Establish a "Safety Points Store" to exchange for labor protection supplies 

The organization held an open day for family members to demonstrate the use of safety protection equipment.

As of June 20th, the company has achieved the following：

✓ Continuous safe operation for 1095 days

✓ Hazard rectification rate of 98.7% (up 22% compared to the previous month)

✓ Participation rate in emergency drills of 100%

✓ Compliance rate of the three-level safety education for new employees of 100%
