This machine adopts a fan-shaped impeller with a double-axis elliptical-shaped design and spiral arrangement. It performs radial stirring on the materials and simultaneously achieves axial reflux, allowing the meat filling to fully absorb water. By imitating the principle of manual filling, the filling reaches the optimal taste.
The unique auger design of this machine enables the filling to maintain the particle texture of the meat and vegetables more effectively after thorough mixing.
It adopts chain drive, which not only ensures the transmission ratio, but also reduces vibration and noise, thereby improving the stability of mechanical operation; the driving shaft and the driven shaft are fixed with double bearings, enhancing the load-bearing capacity and fatigue strength of the main shaft.
