I. Performance Overview:
It was developed through repeated improvements based on the shortcomings found in the on-site use of various imported machines in China.
It adopts a stainless steel and fully ball-bearing structure, featuring an attractive appearance, reliability, and ease of use and maintenance.
It is applicable to the processing of various vegetables in the dehydration, quick freezing, preservation, and pickling food industries, such as cutting segments of scallions (chives), leeks, garlic chives, celery, coriander, broad beans, and sword beans; cutting or slicing of turnips (cabbage), green stems, and spinach; slicing of yam, bamboo shoots, and burdock; cutting circles of green and red peppers and onions; and slicing of carrots.
