It is a new type of product developed based on the processing techniques and user requirements for stuffed pastry products (such as dumpling fillings, wonton fillings, and steamed bun fillings).
This machine adopts a fan-shaped impeller with a double-axis elliptical-to-spiral layout to perform radial stirring on the materials, while also achieving axial reflux. This enables the meat filling to fully absorb water, mimicking the principle of manual filling, and achieving the best texture of the filling.
The unique auger design of this machine enables the filling to maintain the particle texture of the meat and vegetables more effectively after thorough mixing.
It adopts chain drive, which not only ensures the transmission ratio, but also reduces vibration and noise, thereby improving the stability of mechanical operation; the driving shaft and the driven shaft are fixed with double bearings, enhancing the load-bearing capacity and fatigue strength of the main shaft.
