I. Performance Overview
This machine is mainly used for chopping frozen meat (above -8℃) and boneless fresh meat and other meat products; it is suitable for large-scale production by small and medium-sized enterprises.
This machine adopts a double-wound screw design. The feeding screw is used for feeding, and the discharging screw is used for processing. When the meat grinder is working, it mainly relies on the rotating feeding screw to push the raw materials in the hopper to the discharging screw. The discharging screw then pushes the raw materials to the pre-cut plate. Through the shearing effect formed by the rotating cutter edge and the holes on the plate, the meat is chopped into small pieces.
This machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel, and its shape is designed in an arc shape, which meets hygiene requirements.
It adopts a double-wound design: the feeding auger and the discharging auger. Each auger is controlled by a high-speed and low-speed motor separately. According to different raw materials, different speed ratios are adopted, which can achieve the matching of feeding speed and discharging speed, reducing problems such as temperature rise, ineffective rotation, excessive friction, and oil leakage during the grinding process, thereby improving the particle size, reducing temperature rise, and enhancing product quality.
The "Dragon Chain" is made through precise processing, with a smooth surface that reduces friction on the materials.
The送料 (delivery) auger has a conical spiral design, ensuring more thorough delivery.
The knife comes in various combinations, which can meet the diverse needs of customers. It can be used to chop frozen meat, fresh meat, vegetables, etc. The knife is made of imported materials and can be equipped with European standard blades.
It is equipped with quick-release handles and pull handles, and the working auger and cutting tools can be easily disassembled, facilitating cleaning and disinfection.
It is equipped with a safety protection mechanism, making the operation safer.
