The feeding auger adopts a large spiral conical cantilever design. It operates at a low speed and delivers materials gently, causing minimal damage to the materials. The feeding is sufficient and easy to clean and maintain hygiene.
The pitch of the working auger is designed reasonably, allowing the raw meat to pass smoothly and be fully fed. This reduces the phenomenon of oil leakage and minimizes the wear on the meat by the auger. As a result, the temperature of the meat material is lower, the edges are clear, and the particle size is good. The working auger is precisely processed and polished, resulting in a shiny surface that further reduces friction with the materials.
Because it works without the need for defrosting, it better preserves the nutrients and flavor of the meat.
